- HPPT (High Power Pulse technology) to further increase the ionisation rate, denser structure and better wear resistance

- Higher deposition rate (4 micron/hr for ACO/AlTiN)

- Better target utilisation (each target can do 300 batches for 2 micron coating thickness)
